My wife and I needed some wainscoting work done in our new nursery. Ralph made the entire process painless from start to finish. He sent us a mock-up design of what it would look like beforehand so we knew exactly what we would be getting. Ralph also assisted with our decision to choose the right trim cap because the one we initially chose was too small and wouldn't look right. Instead of just installing it anyway, he let us know and we are thankful he brought it to our attention since we decided to use a different trim cap after all. Also, Ralph's attention to detail goes far beyond what we've seen in the past dealing with other contractors. It's nice to know a contractor who you know will get the job done right every time.
